Matt is a qualified Strength and Conditioning coach, specialising in sports specific athletic development, if you want to increase your strength and conditioning in order to improve performance for your chosen sport then Set Go Gym can help you get there. 

Please note personal training sessions currently take place online via video call. We are able accommodate most video calling apps.

Case Study - Stu 

Stu Miller Lifting at MFH Fitness
Stu came looking for general fitness and to lose a bit of weight. He wanted to look better and feel better. In the 18 months that Matt has been working with Stu, he has lost weight whilst building muscle and strength. Although it wasn't his first aim, Stu has falling in love with powerlifting and with Matt's expert knowledge is now hoping to compete in amateur competitions in the future. Stu's constant improvement is something he should be incredibly proud of.

Case Study - Sai

Saiful Alom Core Training at MFH Fitness
Sai came to us with pain in his back and hips due to a lot of sitting down at work. Working closely with Matt has helped alleviate his pain by improving his strength and mobility. Sai was worried about lifting heavier weights and causing further aggravation but 6 months into his programme he was enjoying deadlifting a respectable amount of weight and feels better than ever. 

Case Study - Lex

Lex Fennessey recovery training at MFH Fitness
Lex unfortunately had a a severe break in her ankle caused by a sports injury. After she was cleared by doctors and therapy she wanted to do more to get herself back to her sport as soon as possible. We created a specific plan to get her strength back to the best it could possibly be so she could continue the sport she enjoyed so much. We've been working together for several months now and her recovery is coming along really well.
